HDR Merge in Lightroom does not seem to work

I have tried different photos, angles, locations everything. I tried Merging 2, then 3 then 4 ven 5 images. HDR is not working at ALL! Someone please explain what I am missing. Does it have to be in some sort of special format?

Please give more relevant information. First of all, what Lightroom are we talking about? Lightroom Classic? Lightroom? Lightroom for iPad (which does not support HDR merge)? What version? Mac or Windows? Version? What exactly did you do and what did (not) happen?
