Question

HDR Sharing from Lightroom Mobile Not Available on Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

Hello,

I recently updated Adobe Lightroom Mobile and noticed the new feature allowing users to share photos directly to Instagram in HDR to preserve photo quality. However, despite using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with all software up to date (Lightroom, Instagram, and system firmware), I do not see the HDR sharing option.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is a flagship device with full HDR capabilities, so this is quite puzzling. I have verified that:

My apps (Lightroom Mobile and Instagram) are updated to their latest versions.

The device software (One UI and Android version) is fully updated.

Is this feature still being rolled out gradually? Or is there a specific compatibility issue with Samsung devices?

If anyone from Adobe, Instagram, or the community can provide clarity on this or share a workaround, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Device Details:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

OS: Android 14 November Patch (One UI 6.1)

Lightroom Mobile version: 10.1.0

Instagram version: 362.0.0.0.56

Hi @Sameer K , Does the Adobe development team plan to fix this issue that I mentioned in the feedback in future LR Mobile updates? Can you provide information about this? Thanks in advance.
