Healing mouse pointer is invisible when in full screen mode on macOS

When using the Healing tool in Lightroom in full screen mode (which for me is always) the mouse pointer vanishs when I move it over the image. It doesn't do this for any other tool (e.g., masking), and it works as expected when Lightroom is not in full screen.

Is this a bug, or something I can fix myself? Thank you 🙂

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a photo in detail view
2. Switch to the Healing tool
3. Move the mouse over the image
4. The pointer vanishes until it's moved 

Software versions:

macOS 14.2.1

Lightroom 7.1.2
