Healing tool crashes app

The healing tool (on iOS) has been broken for a couple months now. Not sure if it's something wrong on my side or a known problem. Whenever I try to use it, the app freezes and I have to exit and restart it.

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble experienced with the healing tool in Lightroom.

That shouldn't be happening; let's make it right. Which version of Lightroom are you using? What is your iOS version?

Could you give us some more info on what kind of brushing you're doing? Heal/Clone or Selective edits?

Are you brushing fast/slow, with or without a stylus? What is your device configuration?

Did you try re-installing the application? 

 

We're here to help troubleshoot; we just needed a few more details.

Hi,

Im on the latest version of the app; however, I just realized the healing
tool was set at 0 this whole time. Not sure how or when it got set to zero,
except that it’s been at zero for a few months now. Maybe that was causing
something to crash in the app, because I was unable to press the Cancel
button, Checkmark, or any other navigational features in the app after
trying to use the brush.

I thought it was a bug and have been waiting for it to get fixed for the
past few months, and the healing tool is one of the main features on the
paid app that I use, so I ended up cancelling my subscription.

Hi,
thank yor letting us know.

Can you please let us know which setting is 0.
There are three different settings, size, feather and opacity.
If you can always reproduce this issue please let us know all the settings that you have.
