.HEIC import issue in Lightroom Mobile

Hello Team, 

 

I'm unable to import images with HEIC extension on LR mobile.

 

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey, @CatchMeAbhi. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. 

     

    What device was the image shot initially on? You've tagged Android & the screenshot shows the same. What device are you using Lightroom on?

    If you've taken the image on the same device, please share a few original images directly.  

     

    Try adding a flag or rating; it should help.

    Hello Sameer, 

     

    The image was captured by iPhone 13.

     

    My device is Samsung S23.

     

    Pl find the original capture attached herewith.

     

    Well while trying to upload the original HEIC photo, I got error in Red on this website. Screenshot attach herewith.

    Thanks for sharing this. If you still have access to the iPhone, please export the original file as DNG to include all the edits you've made. If needed, share more than a few.

     

    Email the DNG file to me directly at my email (SameerK@adobe.com). I've tried to recreate this with the test devices, but the images & edits have synced just fine.
