HEIC issue

Hi Team, I am currently getting a "!" mark icon on every HEIC photo (Lightroom CC). An when clicked on I get the error statement "HEIC file are only supported with an active subscription".... I have an active subscription and its up to date and have had so for many years - so can anybody explain why I am getting this issue. Cheers Phil
