hello just started using light room i do not know which verison just started it and when i click save after i do an edit it does not save or at least i cant find where its saved. if i edit off my phone its saving them

Welcome to Lightroom! Good news: in Lightroom you don't need to click save at all — every edit is applied live and stored automatically, and your originals sync to the cloud. That's why your phone edits "save" by themselves.

If you want an actual file of the edited photo (a JPG to share or print, for example), that's done with Export:

1. Select the photo and click the Share icon (upper right), or choose File > Export.

2. Pick Custom Settings, choose your file type (JPG, TIF, DNG, or Original), dimensions, and click Export Photo.
