Help-can't edit Lightroom Mobile

Light room mobile for Android. Always crashes but was usable. I pay for premium and starting today I can'tedit Photos. Editing options are greyed out. I've been using Lightroom at least ayea and while plenty frustrating I've never not been able to edit. Please help I have others wanting to see pictures they are

I have the Same Exact issue. I thought freezing was bad. Hoping This gets fixed soon. yesterday morning I was editing.. Today can't.

I'll need more info to help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom & specific device are you working on? Please share more details, like screenshots or video recordings of what you see.

 

Try keeping the device in Flight Mode & without internet when you launch Lightroom & then try using Lightroom. If this does not help, try this:

 

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & ensure everything is synced & uploaded to the cloud. Only when you're sure, try this:

  • Clear caches & data before you uninstall Lightroom.
  • Restart the device.
  • Install Lightroom.
  • Before launching Lightroom, go to Lightroom's App info in mobile settings & allow permissions to Lightroom.
  • Sign in & let me know if the issue exists.
