Help getting technical support - Ongoing LR issues since June 2019

Good Evening,

I am looking for someone that might take an interest in helping me to get my Lightroom issues resolved.  They have been going on since before JUNE 27th.  We have had numerous tickets open, escalated and then closed before the problem was ever resolved.  During our last phone call on 10/9/19, we were issued 93 credit days as well as a refund for our most recent bill, however that only covered through November 2nd.  I spoke with Disha who promised me I would be contacted about the status of our ticket.  We have heard back from no one at all & have attempted to contact Adobe and waited on hold for 90 minutes and never got anyone.  In addition, my husband inquired via email about the status of our ticket almost a week ago and never received a reply.  We aren’t even able to open lightroom on our desktop or use it.  All of our purchased presets are for lightroom and we are unable to use them.  We aren’t able to work on our family projects.  Our hands are tied.  At this point, our family has invested too much into lightroom and we would like to be able to use it.  Please, is there someone that cares to help us?

A suggestion by Rikk Flohr is to rename the Managed Catalog.mcat as detailed in this forum thread-

https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/unable-to-move-some-photos

And you may find some info here- (as your error messages indicates a problem "moving photos")

https://www.lightroomqueen.com/community/threads/offline-destination-volumes-unable-to-move-some-photos.38162/

Other than that I cannot be of more help- the technical issues are beyond my experience.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

What is your motivation for migrating from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom (for the cloud)?

You are corresponding with other users here on the Community Forum so we are unable to answer any questions relating to subscriptions or financial matters.

We may however be able to assist and give some answers if we knew more details.

Do you subscribe to a Photography Plan? Which Plan exactly? What is included?

Which Lightroom software are you trying to use?  Lightroom-Desktop, Lightroom-Classic, Lightroom on a mobile device?

Why do you think you cannot "use it"?

What is your Operating System and Version number?

What are the Presets you have purchased? Are they for Lightroom-Classic? Details?

Only with details may someone here be able to offer suggestions.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

Hi there -

Thanks for responding. I've answered your questions in red below. I am hoping that somehow you or another community member can get Adobe support to pick back up my ticket and continue to work on my issues.

Do you subscribe to a Photography Plan? Yes. Which Plan exactly? What is included?

Creative Cloud Photography plan with 2TB

Which Lightroom software are you trying to use?  Lightroom-Desktop, Lightroom-Classic, Lightroom on a mobile device?

LR Desktop

Why do you think you cannot "use it"? This is the error.

Before this error, I attempted to migrate from LR classic to LRCC. The migration failed and I have had syncing issues ever since June. LR tech support (even got up to level 2) has attempted fixes several times and each time they close my support ticket and the issue is never fixed. So, I now have two issue. One is the above picture, but the 2nd issue (syncing issue) was never corrected.

What is your Operating System and Version number? MAC OS Version 10.14.6

What are the Presets you have purchased? Are they for Lightroom-Classic? Details?
