Help!! Installation on new laptop

Question

Hi all. 
I need a bit of help. 
My Lightroom account is linked to my MacBook which unfortunately has ceased to work so I cannot deactivate my account on that laptop to reuse on a new laptop. Do you know if there is a way to describe one account so it can be reused on another pc/Apple Mac book device?

If it's the Cloud Based Lightroom you are using, you should be able to install Lightroom on the new laptop and your whole Library will sync from the Cloud (any photos that hadn't synced to the Cloud on the MacBook, won't show obviously).

You should be able to install it on two machines, but if it's already on two, the Creative Cloud app normally asks you what machine to deactivate.
