HELP! Lightroom still showing I need to subscribe

I tried Lightroom as a trial, and after that trial ended I decided yes, I want to add it onto my Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription. I keep going to hit 'buy now' and it says it's successful, I see it in my creative cloud portal, but it won't let me use any of the features! Everything is still blocked! 

 

Am I missing something? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling so many times and nothing is working.

Could you please share the version of Lightroom & the specific macOS you are working on? We could not locate a subscription or active profile under your email address in your profile.

 

Could you please share a screenshot of this behavior? Could you also share your Adobe Id with me through direct message only?
