help me!!

i just ordered presets but when i try to put them into lightroom it’s not in my suggestions. what do i do?

Quote your exact Version number of Lr from Help:System Info

Who did you order from?

Can the supplier help?

Are these "Develop" Presets, or "Profile" presets?

Are they DNG files or XMP files? Are they in a ZIP file?

Did you use the [Import] menu to "..put them into Lr..."?

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
