Help me, I have terrible problem about shortcut key H

I do a lot of photography by the app Lightroom, and I like to use shortcuts for my woking speed.

Especially, restore brush(H) is my most used key!

 

But the problem is, when I do my photography working with my Mac Pro, RESTORE BRUSH(H) key is never working, eventhough the others are alright..

 

To solve this problem, I did

  1. re-installed ‘Lightroom CC’ for 3 times.
  2. installed ‘Lightroom CC’ with another Mac Pro, yet the shortcuts ‘H’ was still no working.
  3. contacted the Adobe Head office by chat, and the counselor also admitted not to run on his Mac.

 

I contacted Adobe head office for this problem, but I really disappointed because of the back answer which was check the virus scan or app re-installing..

 

I would like to ask for help from someone who is facing the same problem as me or knows the solution.

It's possible that your Mac keyboard shortcuts are overriding your application KBSCs. Have  you tried  tapping the 'H'  key  in another app? In Photoshop H should bring up the  Hand tool - does that  work?
