Help Setting a Default Import Profile

Question

I recently upgraded to the new Lightroom (non-classic) from version 6. In version 6, I had the camera neutral profile set as default for all photo imports.  Since the upgrade, all my photos are still importing using this profile.  I would now like to change to a different import profile, but I'm not seeing a way to change it.  Is there a way to do this?  Thanks.

I finally figured out the solution.  I had to go back into Lightroom 6 and change the import settings back to camera defaults.  When I went back into the new lightroom version, the import settings are once again back to default.  This seems pretty silly that you have to do this to reset settings.
