We’ll need a bit more detail to troubleshoot this properly. Could you let us know what version of Photoshop you’re using? Does this happen with every file or only specific ones? Do you see any error messages? Screenshots or a short recording would also be super helpful.
Could you share your full System Info as well? You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy it into a text file and attach it here, or share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing service.
