hi, i already subscribing to lightroom, but i still cant use lightroom properly and a text "renew" still exist on my lightroom PC and my lightroom mobile, what should i do?

i have to change my subscription package, and i already paid for it, but still cant do anything in a lightroom,

whenever i want to re subscribe, it keeps telling me that i already subscribed, BUT, i still cant use my lightroom, because of RENEW text, and apps said im still didnt subscribe. and my money already taken by your apps

what should i do then?. please respond it immerdiately, because i need to work with your apps.

    Thanks for reaching out. I can see that your Adobe account has an active subscription. Please make sure you're signed in to Lightroom with the correct Adobe ID, the same email address that you used for this community account, as it has the active subscription.

    If you're already signed in with the correct Adobe ID, please try the following:

    1. Sign out of Lightroom.
    2. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
    3. Sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app using the same Adobe ID.
    4. Launch Lightroom from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

    Also, could you let us know whether you're seeing the same subscription or licensing error in the Creative Cloud desktop app, or is it only occurring in Lightroom?
