Histogram while remixing

I have been struggling to figure out how to use the histogram while remixing photos, if that is even possible. I know that typically the histogram is accessible by clicking on the menu represented by three dots in the top right corner. However, while remixing photos this menu is replaced by the checkmark to submit your remix. Does anyone know if there is a work around for this?
