Ho acquistato il pacchetto Lightroom a 12,99€ tramite l’account Apple, i soldi mi sono stati scalati ma Lightroom non riceve il pagamento e dallo scorso 30 settembre ancora non mi è stata attivata la licenza. Cosa devo fare?

Ho rinnovato il mio abbonamento, dopo mesi in cui l’ho tenuto disattivato, e i soldi mi sono stati scalati (infatti dall’Apple ID risulta attivo l’abbonamento). Ma Lightroom non risulta attivo, è come se la licenza non si attivasse. Come è possibile?

    Our system does show a valid and active Lightroom 1 TB plan for the email address you used to post for help.  

    Please do not uninstall or reinstall Lightroom as this may cause loss of files that are not yet synced to Lightroom cloud storage.

    Be sure that you are signed into Lightroom with the same email address you used to post on the forums.  Does it help to sign out and then sign back in?  Are you able to sign in and see your subscription using the Lightroom Web app at https://lightroom.adobe.com/ ?
