How can I add synchronized photos to Lr in iPhone&iPad?

I used Lr free version in iPhone and iPad.

I can take photos from basic camera roll to Lr

but, I cannot get photos from 'my photo stream' or 'synchronized photos from Mac finder(itunes)'.

Lr said 'it failed to take photos'. it showed just error message, but didn't say why it happened.

That means I only can add photos taken only that device or i need to send photos from each device. 

I want to retouch my photoes taken in iPhone using my iPad.

But, now, i need to send photo by airdrop and it makes so many copied photos.
