How can I contact actual customer support about a problem with my account ?

Welcome to Adobe Customer Service I have a Lightroom account for two years. I used it and my phone was rooted. Unfortunately, the account is not open except on my phone. Currently, I have the email: account@lightroom.com I forgot the password and I need the account and the pictures on it and I don't know how to access it At the request of Adobe employees, I use access to the account and enter it, even if they need to confirm an existing identity. The account is under the name: Ahmed Walid. Please help as soon as possible. Thank you in advance
