How can I export keyword and "picked" metadata from Lightroom 4.1?

I have started using the paid version of Lightroom 4.1, while thinking there was an easy way to export it's metadata. I can't work out if/how this can be done.

I also have a copy of Lightroom Classic 10.2, if that can be used as part of the process. I'm also capable of using exiftool and any other command line tool that's helpful.
