How can I import a photo from my iPhone to the LR app?

I used to be able to upload photos directly from

my iPhone's camera roll.  I just downloaded the latest app update, I've restarted my phone and it won't allow me to access photos from

my camera roll anymore.

the little Icon with the cloud has a line through it. Does this mean I need to subscribe now to be able to download from my phone?
