How cut image from one photo and insert into other photo.?

    Lightroom simply cannot do this at all. Photoshop (or another image editor) is indeed what you need for this. It comes with the Photography plan, but not with the Lightroom plan.

    It would be best to use Photoshop for this task, which is included if you have a Photography Plan.
