How do change the album sorting order on desktop?

Isn’t it absurd the desktop version of Lightroom CC doesn’t allow you to change the sorting order of albums? On iOS and iPad you can click the sorting parameter a second time to reverse the order (so you can get the sensible option of showing your latest albums on top if you named them properly). On desktop, you’re screwed. This feels like the tiniest possible fix, yet it’s been like this for many years. Why??

The inconsistencies can frustrate me somewhat. Similarly on iOS, you have to option to move photos from one Album to another, but not on Desktop.

Creating your own manual Album order would benefit sometimes too (with a force alphabetical option). Organisation and Sharing options haven’t pushed on much from years back. I do understand that editing takes priority but wish they would give the former a bit of love.
