How do I capture a single frame from a video file in Lightroom?

Updates for Adobe Photography products have been released.  The April 2023 updates have implemented this feature request. Please see the product for more details.

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

I don't know that this is possible in Lightroom (-Desktop)! I cannot find a command (as there is in Lightroom-Classic.)

A work-around thought is a Screen-clip of Full-screen view.  (Greenshot is a good app for screen-clips in Windows.)
