How do I delete multiple PRESETS at once!?

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to delete multiple presets at once. I'm referring to the custom/user presets that I have made myself. I am using LR not LRC and I can right click individually to delete a preset. However I have hundreds of presets and it would take me way too long to individually delete them all.
