How do I filter on recording time?

I need to make to make selection out of 20.000 foto's all taken on the same recording time (say 09:30).

The camera recorded a picture every 10 min during 1 Year. To make a timelaps I only need 1or 2 pictures a day so I need a filter on the recordingtime. Lightroom won't filter on "Recordingtime" or ("Opnametijdstip", in Dutch). Please help me.
