How do I get a refund for a free trial subscription?

So I was away yesterday and could not cancel my free trial with Adobe Lightroom which I purchased through the App Store. I’d be really grateful if I could be refunded £48.99 that I paid accidentally and if anyone knows how, it would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hello @purdeyb 

Though Adobe develops the app, it is Apple that owns appstore transactions.  Please contact Apple Support to request a refund, and explain your situation.
