How do I separate my personal account from my corporate account?

Years ago I created a Lightroom account for myself. I used my company email address. I also own the company. I also had a paid Adobe Acrobat subscription. Using the same email address. When we decided to buy an Acrobat license for everyone, we ended up getting all the Acrobat subscriptions put together in a business account.

Up until recently I've been able to still log into Lightroom. It's now very difficult. How do I change my email address for my Lightroom - which is a personal account - and keep all my photos?
