How do I sync two Lightrooms from two different PCs?

I have Lightroom (the cloud based one) at home and at work, but they sometimes don't have the same stuff on them. For instance, I'll work on some pictures at home, but when I open it at work those pictures aren't there. These are both Windows based computers. Suggestions? Thanks.

Hi there,

Are you signed in to both machines using the same Adobe ID? Do you see the images you edited on the office machine, on the home machine? Is the sync in the applications ON?

You can check if the images you are editing on the home computer, are getting uploaded to the cloud by going to Lightroom.adobe.com.
