how do i transfer adobe lightroom photos + .lrlibrary file across accounts?

to be clear, i'm not trying to transfer from adobe lightroom to classic. i created a new adobe account and when i log into it, my .lrlibrary from my original account won't open. when i log into my original account, it opens again. i tried importing which says it has no pictures, and i tried opening it from finder and it just opens lightroom with nothing in it. can someone help? the file is 18gb and i just updated to the newest edition of lightroom after switching accounts if that's of any importance.
