How do I upgrade to a different plan on Google Play?

There is no option to upgrade being$4.99/month and I've reached my storage limit.

 Is that even possible and if so do I have to cancel and resubscribe with a different plan? Do I get to keep everything that is currently stored?

    Still waiting for a response. If I cancel my Google Subscription, can I restart with a larger Adobe subscription with the same account? And if I do that will I be able to keep all the photos I already have?
