How do you use the brush in the new version? Tutorial?

Hi! I just updated my Lightroom CC and I see the new masking feature ... and I see that the brush is in there ... but I can't figure out how to use it the way I used to use it! Is there a tutorial somewhere? I justt want to be able to locally brush in adjustments to exposure, clarity, noise etc ... not with a mask  - with the brush!

The Brush works as it always did before. Just that now it is included in the Masking Tools. Select it in the [Create new mask] panel, or press keyboard [B].

Yes, it does seem to create a 'Mask', but it always has, although Brush 'masks' were previously 'hidden' behind Pins on the image that were often difficult to find, and the brushed area only visible when the overlay was visible. Now the Brush adjustments are easily found along with all other 'masks' Gradient and AI adjustments.

I am having the same issue.  Where did the brush go and the brush options that are available?
