How does syncing work for previously shared Albums?

I have a previously shared album in Lightroom. When I add photos to the LrC shared collection that is the source of the images, I  see those newly added images in the "Shared" tab, only after switching to the "Album" tab and then back to shared. 

However, the previous web address of the page of shared photos does not show the recently added photos. Do I need to reshare the album everytime I add photos? If that's the case, it's a pain notifying all the sharees of the new web address. I have checked the preferences to see if there is a "Update Shared Album" or something similar and found nothing.
