How I can download picture in lightroom cloud?

I subscribe Lightroom mobile plan. It works well passed week. But begining of this week, I can't download picture(in Lightroom cloud) to my phone. Why it doesn't work suddenly? I can upload picture by smartphone is possible, but it's opposite(upload picure by computer) is imposible. Please help me
