I use LR mobile to register email through Apple ID. but Lost presets What can I do?

    Hello @Pravit32957432hcmk 

    I see that this account is subscribed.  Your images, edits, and presets should all sync to Lightroom cloud storage.  If you sign into your same account at https://lightroom.adobe.com/, do you see your presets there?

     

    I see you also have an older account based on another email address, and that has an expired trial with same data uploaded.  Is it possible the presets are in the old account if they are not in your current subscribed account?  I will send you a direct message to share details more privately.
