How to apply location metadata to title when exporting

Hello,

I always shoot my pictures and I tag them with geo info, so when I import them in LR I can see where a picture was taken, for example

when I export a picture, I would like to use the location info as title, so this is what I am doing:

but the file name is still ", June 2024", while it should be "Westminster, London, June 2024".

I thnk the reason is that GEO info are displayed but you can still modify them, they are shown like a "suggestion".

Is there a way to achieve this?
