How to clear up change storage setting in Lightroom mobile?

I have Lightroom mobile on my phone and am using the free version. It's taking up 30gb of storage on my phone and I read that I can change some settings to help this (eg. Delete cache or install previews only) but I can't find WHERE to edit these settings. I've gone into settings and "local storage" has no options to delete or change anything. Is the issue because I'm logged out/ on a free version?

Everything is locally stored on your phone becuase you have the free version. The premium versions stores originals in the cloud and previews on your device. Clearing the cache with the premium version removes older previews to make space on the device. With all of your images on your device you run the risk of losing everything if you lose your phone. You have no backup. You also have no options for clearing space without deleting photos.
