How to copy edited photos from Lightroom to PC Desktop

I have a number of folders in Lightroom with edited photos. How can I copy a photo from one of those folders to my Desktop, and/or to another location outside of Lightroom.

Appreeciate any assistance that can be given.

Using Lightroom-Desktop (Cloud based v3.3) on a PC or Mac:

1)  Menu: File > Export...   [Ctrl+Shift+E]

  

2) [Export # Photo]

3) Choose Folder Destination for the Export in the File Browser dialog. [SelecFolder]. Done.
