how to delete images

How do I delete most of the images that have synced from my iphone camera to the Lightroom mobile app?  Every screen shot and and image taken is now in the app, and I can only see a way to delete one image at a time. I do not want the majority of the images that are now in All Photos.  I have read that I need to uninstall/reinstall the app.  Is this correct?
