How to display meta data like iPad verson

When developing in LR on an iPAD I can twofinger tap and show the histogram or meta data (see screenshot) in the upper left portion of the screen and have it remain there - how do I get the same setup on the Windows version of Lr CC.  The goal is to be able to see the photo file name that I am editing - currently I see no way to do that without the extra step of clicking on the i button or key and thus loosing my spot.
