How to enable Sync

For some reason with all my new collections added, i went to use my other machine and noticed they weren't there. In Lightroom it says Sync Disabled with an X and I can't clcik it to re-enable it, it just says Pause Syncing when i hower over it and nothing happens, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Are you using Lightroom Classic? It’s only possible to sync one catalog. You enable or pause sync from the activity centre. Hover top-left with your mouse or trackpad cursor and click the small triangle icon that appears – see image below.
