How to export presets in Lightroom cc?

Hey,

I have just subscribed to the basic plan and seems that this is not enough to be able to download/export the presets. can you please advise?

You’ve posted to an ancient thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same one you are currently experiencing.
