How to export profiles to another mobile?

Are you talking abour profiles, or perhaps presets? If you have any kind of subscription plan, like 'Premium' for mobile only or 'Photography' or 'Lightroom' for mobile and desktop, then simply logging into your account on the new phone should be all you need to do. 

If you only used Lightroom as free trial, then I don't think you can have any custom profiles, but you could have custom presets. You could copy these to the new phone by applying the preset to an image, export that as DNG, and import that DNG into Lightroom on the new phone, and then save the settings as new preset.
