How to find all the images without certain tags

I am starting to use the new Lightroom (instead of the classic) and I can't figure out how to find all the images without certain tags.

For example, I would like to find all the images that do not have the tag abstract, architectture and look.

Can you do this?

Also, were are the smart albums gone?
