I have bought the Lightroom Plan and I want to use the Lightroom / Camera Raw API, but it's not available for me. What should I do to get the access to the API?

I have contacted the adobe support and they told me that there is an issue with the Lightroom API. Integration is temporarily disabled. ETA, when it will be available again, is unknown. Maybe you have any information regarding this question?
