How to get the Original High Res RAW pictures in LR from the cloud?

I can only see low res previews in jpg

when I want to see the original raw images there is nothing...

I uploaded straight from the camera to the cloud and mobile LR app and they were high res raw files, not smal 500-1000kb jpgs....

Can anyone help, please or suggest anything?

Please explain in a bit more detail what version of Lightroom you are using and what exactly you are trying to do. The Lightroom ecosystem stores images in the cloud, so you would normally not download the originals unless you export them.
