How to get to feature used recently but forgot

a little while ago I got put this sort of holiday filter in one of my photos, out of a bunch to choose from. Sort of making it look like the Christmas cards that family's send out. Which I'd like to do with a photo now but can't find how I got there.

Looking for Christmas filters, or somewhat borders I guess you could say???!!!

I must agree with Rob, this doesn't sound like Lightroom functionality. Is it possible you used Photoshop Elements to do this? https://helpx.adobe.com/tr/photoshop-elements/using/create-greeting-card.html

This does not sound like a Lightroom function.

Profiles and Presets can change the tones of images in many ways, so I think you will need to do your own experiments, or post a screen-clip of your sample to seek more answers.
