How to I clear this excessive storage?!

Deleted all photos permanently and LR is still using 1.59 GB of storage! How can I fix this?

In the app, have you tried going to Settings / Local Storage / Clear Cache?

Do you have a subscription or the free app?

I don’t seem to have that option in the app! I do not have a paid
subscription.

Oh, and there is this, which boggles my mind because I have permanently deleted all photos!
