I have the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB plan. I just got a new Windows PC. What is the best way to set up and transfer all my work to the new PC? Do I just install Creative Cloud, sign in and it will sync up to the new PC with all my photo albums and edits intact? Thanks!

Hey @bdelucie. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Congratulation on the new PC!
You're right on track about this. Lighroom Desktop stores everything on the Lighroom Web.
Before you transition to the new machine, log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check the images, edits & presets synced over the cloud.
You already have the answer, sign in to the Creative cloud & Lightroom with the same account & you'll be set up & ready to go.
